The AI bottle inspection machine proceeds through image acquisition, image processing, image annotation, AI algorithm models, and software scheduling to inspect apparent defects of bottles for food, dairy, pharmaceuticals and more industries. It rejects defective products from line instantly and counts good products for box division.

KeyeTech bottle vision inspection equipment detects appearance defects. Products transfer to a workstation via feeding devices. High-pixel images from customized industrial cameras & LED light sources upload to KVIS-COULD AI Platform. AI algorithms analyze, sort "NG" and "OK" products, and reject defective products online via pneumatics.
