Recently, the "Key Technologies for AI-Vision-Based Lightweight Model Detection Equipment"—independently developed by Anhui Keye Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "KeyeTech")—was awarded a Certificate of Evaluation for Scientific and Technological Achievements. This evaluation of technological achievement was organized and certified by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Academician Liu Sheng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) participated in the review process; following rigorous assessment by an expert panel, the level of this achievement was officially recognized as "internationally advanced".

As a national-level authoritative think tank in the fields of industry and information technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) is renowned for its rigorous standards and high level of professionalism in the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. With its project on "Key Technologies for AI Vision-Based Lightweight Model Detection Equipment," KeyeTech has been recognized as achieving an "internationally advanced" level—a distinction that signifies its technical prowess in the field of AI vision inspection has now ranked among the global forefront.

KeyeTech’s "Key Technologies for AI Vision-Based Lightweight Model Inspection Equipment" addresses critical, common challenges within the field of AI vision inspection:
1) The stringent requirements for inspection cycle times on high-speed production lines (demanding millisecond-level response);
2) The need for rapid adaptation of algorithmic models in production environments characterized by high product variety and small batch sizes;
3) The production losses incurred when encountering new types of defects, due to the excessively long iteration cycles (spanning several weeks) typically required for traditional models.

By innovatively integrating technological approaches—including high-speed hardware image processing, a unified vision model architecture, and rapid cloud-based training—KeyeTech has successfully achieved a measurement precision of ≤2μm in specific scenarios, along with a single-frame processing latency (for 2-megapixel images) of ≤4ms. Furthermore, the technology supports a "within-hours" turnaround time for adapting to new defect types, utilizing a small sample set of just 20 to 50 images. This approach systematically resolves technical bottlenecks such as the difficulty of real-time processing on high-speed lines, weak cross-scenario generalization capabilities, and slow iteration cycles for production changeovers, thereby significantly enhancing both the efficiency and flexibility of AI vision inspection.
Currently, these technological achievements have been successfully deployed in practical production environments—including AI-driven industrial quality control equipment, AI-based food quality inspection systems, and AI-integrated robotic manipulation systems—effectively transforming AI capabilities into tangible, real-world productivity.

Through this trajectory, KeyeTech has successfully executed a "triple leap"—transitioning from "traditional algorithms" to "AI deep learning," and finally to a "revolution in lightweight computing power"—thereby establishing a formidable technological moat. For a long time, KeyeTech has remained steadfast in its commitment to driving growth through breakthroughs in foundational technologies. From underlying algorithms to model architectures, and from centralized processing frameworks to embedded distributed systems, the company has achieved full localization and independent control over its core technologies, thereby constructing a completely autonomous technological ecosystem.
As a national-level "Specialized, Refined, and New" "Little Giant" enterprise, KeyeTech has earned global supply chain recognition from industry giants such as ALPLA, MENSHEN, and NIPPON CHEMI-CON. The recent receipt of a Certificate of Evaluation for Scientific and Technological Achievements further underscores the formidable capabilities of China's AI vision inspection technology—demonstrating its strength in evolving from independent R&D to empowering the global manufacturing sector.
