Advanced caps, closures, and lids inspection machine featuring AI algorithms for quality checks at 2500pcs/min with full automation.

Plastic Cap / Metal cap / Lid -- water caps, medicine caps, beverage caps, dairy caps, wine caps, food caps, etc.

1. Feeding device: Products transfer to a workstation via feeding devices, entering the inspection machine orderly one by one.
2. Image acquisition: High-pixel images are captured by customized system of self-developed industrial cameras and LED light sources.
3. Image processing: Captured images upload to our self-developed KVIS COULD AI Platform for few image annotation and model training (within 1h).
4. AI algorithm models: AI algorithms analyze the processed images, sort products into "NG" (defective) and "OK" (qualified), and trigger inline rejection of defective products via pneumatic devices.
5. Software scheduling: The software provides sample comparison standards, allowing customers to select the most suitable criteria to balance accuracy and defect rates.
6. Counting and box division: Defective products are instantly rejected into a separate box. Good products are counted for box division.

• Equipment installation and adjustment service: After the equipment is delivered, engineer is dispatched according to the customer's requested date (within 7 days after machine's arrival) to be responsible for the on-site commissioning.
• Free daily maintenance services: Our company provides free remote operation and maintenance online services in Keye Tech AI COULD platform, particularly for the system updating, algorithm setting, software adjustment, etc.
• Offline Training Class: Our company have regular offline training plan every year including mechanics and software & algorithms, so domestic and foreign clients can send their engineers to participate (at their own expense).
