On July 22, a delegation consisting of Miao Dan, Secretary-General of the China Blow Moulding Professional Committee of CPPIA; Song Yuping, Chairman of the China Blow Moulding Professional Committee of CPPIA and President of Hebei Century Hengtaifu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Zhaobin, President of Jiangsu Shangyuan Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd., visited Keye Tech for research and inspection. Huang Wei, Deputy General Manager of Keye Tech's R&D Center, and Wang Min, Marketing Director, hosted the reception and accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

At the beginning of the exchange meeting, Wang Min, Marketing Director of Keye Tech, first gave a brief introduction to the company's overall situation. Afterwards, both parties conducted discussions on industry development trends, production management challenges, and the application of AI visual inspection and other automated and intelligent equipment in blow-molded products such as stackable barrels.

Song Yuping, Chairman of the China Blow Moulding Professional Committee of CPPIA, took the lead in sharing and discussing valuable experience summarized from his years in the blow molding industry. Chairman Song stated that there is a relative shortage of frontline operators, especially technical workers, which has increased the difficulty of personnel management. At the same time, downstream customers have gradually raised their requirements for product quality.

In response to these practical issues, he pointed out that automation, intelligence, and digitalization are the inevitable paths ahead. He also plans to increase investment in these areas in the next few years, with the ultimate vision of integrating all links from the raw material end to the finished product end, including personnel flow, logistics, and information flow. Starting with mechanization and automation, the goal is to eventually achieve intelligence and digitalization. During the exchange, Chairman Song put forward bold assumptions, conducted sufficient demonstrations, stayed grounded in reality, avoided unnecessary formalities, and ensured that every penny is spent where it matters most.

Chairman Song's speech received warm applause from the audience and strongly resonated with President Zhang Zhaobin, who has also been engaged in the blow molding industry for many years. President Zhang stated that the blow molding industry is in urgent need of external technical input to drive reforms and improvements in processes, craftsmanship, quality, and other aspects. He then discussed the intelligent upgrading of products such as stackable barrels, closed-head barrels, and IBC totes respectively.

After listening to the in-depth insights of these two industry experts on the blow molding industry, Huang Wei, Deputy General Manager of Keye Tech's R&D Center, also shared his views. He expressed sincere admiration for Chairman Song and President Zhang, who have long been deeply involved in the frontlines, and actively responded to the issues they raised.

He introduced the "Eye-Brain-Hand" series, the crystallization of the company's independent R&D displayed in the core exhibition area, which fully demonstrates the technical closed-loop from visual perception, intelligent decision-making to precise execution. He also gave dynamic demonstrations of multiple AI visual inspection devices.
